🏃‍♂️ Running

Running as a sport runs from the track to the road to the trail, and the training question is always the same: how much easy mileage supports how much hard work. Race distances stretch from the 5K to the marathon and beyond.

❤️ Why We Love Running: Running is a simple pleasure that helps us stay fit and clear our minds. It can be tranquil or thrilling, a solo pursuit or a communal activity. It welcomes beginners, yet continues to challenge veterans. It connects us with nature but also lets us explore the urban environment. It propels our hearts to beat faster, our minds to think clearer, and our spirits to soar higher. That’s the beauty of running!
